Therapist Connect does not put that week on a screen for you. It lets the client choose what from it walks into the room, and hand it to you as one object they reviewed first.
How it works
Three steps. Each one is the client's choice.
The client connects by your code
You give a client your connection code. They decide whether to connect. A connection by itself opens nothing in their account.
They prepare a story from their week
Their exact words, feelings, pressures, wins. Each item is its own choice; they review exactly what you will receive before approving it.
You open exactly that, for the time they set
The story arrives in your shared care space. When the time they set ends, so does your access. Then it is gone.
What a story is
One sentence they wrote for the session. The rooms they lit — feelings, pressures, wins, people. The exact items they picked from those rooms, in their own words. Nothing is added, summarised or rated on the way to you.

The client holds the switch. Not you, and not us.
A connection alone shares nothing. Only a story the client approves reaches you, for a time they set. These are the rules the product is built on, not settings.

Access starts when a client approves a story for a session and ends when they end it. Every story is a separate, reviewed, approved act.

Nothing else in their account
You see the story they approved and only that. Their private POMWELL, everything they did not choose, stays theirs.
No passive watching
POMWELL does not watch clients on your behalf, and later entries never appear on their own. There is no duty to be looking between sessions.
No summaries, no numbers about a person
You read their words, in the order they chose. Nothing is added, condensed or rated on the way to you.
Access ends when they end it
The client sets how long a story stays open. When that time runs out, or when they end it sooner, it is gone from your side.

What the client wrote, as they wrote it. No paraphrase, no number, no interpretation added in between.
A story per session, not a feed
One prepared object for one sitting. Nothing scrolls in between sessions and nothing asks you to keep watching.
Access that ends when they end it
Each story carries the window the client set. When it closes, the story closes. They can end it earlier at any time.

- Client data is minimised, scoped to what was approved and time-limited by design. Agreements and the formal program follow the pilot; we do not claim more than exists.

- At signup you enter your name, credentials, licence number and NPI. POMWELL records what you enter and does not check it against a registry.
